We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled and unused, in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@https://hosebox.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA return packing slip, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Hose Box® will cover the cost of return shipping only when the returned item is found defective, or misrepresented. Return shipping items sent back to us without first receiving a RMA return packing slip will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Hose Box® is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and will gladly work with our customers to make sure any issues are resolved to both our satisfaction.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. Additionally, only items purchased directly through https://hosebox.com can be refunded through our website

No problem, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, inspected and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
